Case Study :: Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity ventured into a new building program, townhomes. With this new development, the requirements for ownership shifted in regards to income, family make-up and debt. The strategy had multiple goals for their new townhome community including building awareness for the new neighborhood, generating homeowner applications, producing volunteers, thanking sponsors for their contributions and spawning sponsor interest of upcoming builds.
G-Force Marketing generated awareness through published articles in the local daily and business newspapers. In addition, there were two television interviews and an event for the Blessing of the Build. It was their largest launch to date.
